Returns and Refunds Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days. For example, if your item was delivered on 1st January, you can initiate a return request until 8th January.

Please note: Returns will not be processed for items that are “no longer needed.”

Return Conditions

  • All returned items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, with original packaging, seals, and tags attached).
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards that came with the item.
  • Returned items will undergo a quality check to ensure they meet the required conditions.

If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Order Cancellation

If the order is delivered before cancellation, you may cancel it by refusing to accept the parcel.

Refund Timelines
Refunds are processed after the quality check is complete:

  • Store Credit: Within 1-2 business days
  • Bank Deposit: Within 7-12 business days
  • Credit Card Reversal: Within 1-3 business days

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:

  1. Men & Women Innerwear and Swimwear
  2. Perfumes and Fragrances (including Deodorants)
  3. Frozen Food
  4. Jewelry
  5. All Sale Items
  6. Mobile Accessories
  7. Electronic Products

What if My Return Request is Denied?
If your return request is not approved, we will notify you with the reason. Your product will be sent back to you without any additional shipping charges.
